Non-fiction
At this point, I’ve had several hundred articles published, across a wide variety of publication on topics including writing, yoga, lighthouses, horse racing, yachting, art deco amusement parks, travel, tarot, theatre, food, friendship, gardening, meditation, and more.
The blog, Ink in My Coffee is the best way to keep up with what article is going up where at any given moment.
I wrote a column on writing called “The Literary Athlete” for The Scruffy Dog Review, a quarterly literary ezine, for six years. I also participated in their group blog, with Wednesdays being my regular day.
I was regular contributor to the sports publication FemmeFan. Most of my articles are about thoroughbred racing and ice hockey, but I have the freedom to write about any sport which interests me.
My non-fiction articles and essays appear in publications including Toasted Cheese, The Crafty Traveler, the RWA Newsletter, Cape Cod Women Online, Primetime, Wow-women on writing, Hamptons Family Life, The Rye Sound Shore Review, About Freelance Writing.com, Curled Up, New Pages, and more.
For business writing services (such as press releases, newsletters, brochure copy, etc.), please visit my sister site, Fearless Ink. There, you will also find listings for manuscript critique, workshops, coaching, and more.
For thoroughbred racing fans, or anyone who’s ever wondered, I’ve posted my article “How to Bet a Horse (Devon’s Way)” here.
